Gamma Ray is a darker espresso blend designed for richness and body — a coffee that delivers bold flavour while remaining balanced and smooth. It is roasted further into development than most modern specialty coffees, creating a profile that feels full, comforting, and deeply satisfying.

The blend is typically anchored by washed Colombian coffees, selected for their structure and sweetness. Additional components are layered in to build body and enhance the darker caramelised character that defines the blend.

In the cup, the profile is rich and indulgent. Dark chocolate forms the foundation, followed by warm nutty tones of toasted pecan and the rounded sweetness of brown sugar. The acidity is low, the body is syrupy, and the finish lingers with smooth chocolate depth.

Designed primarily for espresso and milk-based drinks, Gamma Ray delivers the kind of bold, chocolate-driven profile that cuts beautifully through milk while still holding complexity as a straight shot.
