3. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will only be shipped once they become available, which can take up to 3 weeks. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to this timeframe.

4. Shipping and Handling

Standard Flat Rate Shipping: $12.00 for all orders within Australia.

Free Shipping: Available for orders over $180.

Shipping Method: We use Australia Post Parcel Post with tracking for all orders. Express Post is also available at checkout.

Packaging: Records are securely packed in heavy-duty custom mailers to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged.

5. Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns, so please choose your items carefully. However, if you receive an item you believe to be damaged or faulty, please contact us. We will be considerate and may offer a partial refund after reviewing the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability
