Fresh Cuts is a seasonal filter blend built for everyday drinking — a coffee designed to be both comforting and quietly expressive. Each release draws from standout coffees in recent sourcing seasons, combining them into a cup that feels balanced, sweet, and easy to return to again and again.

The blend is typically anchored by a washed Colombian component, often from Huila or Tolima, chosen for its structure and depth. Around that foundation, additional coffees are layered in to bring brightness, sweetness, and character while maintaining a harmonious profile.

Roasted medium-light for filter brewing, the cup is smooth and approachable yet complex enough to hold your attention. In the cup, stone fruit sweetness leads the profile, followed by vibrant fresh berry notes and a delicate finish reminiscent of leatherwood honey.

The result is a coffee that feels familiar yet lively — the kind of blend you reach for daily without ever getting tired of it.
