This isn’t an album; it’s a ceremony. Consisting of two epic 15-minute tracks—“Red Buddha” and “As Expanding As”—Yamash’ta constructs vast rhythmic universes using only percussion: metal strings, steel drum, marimba, tambura, woodblock, even musical saw and mandolin harp.
The result is a hypnotic trance that blurs boundaries between world music, musique concrète, and progressive composition
